End User License Agreement

Subject to these terms, ForgedBase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service for your workspace operations.

This license covers use of the dashboard, API, documentation, generated configuration, workflow tools, and related interfaces that are made available as part of the ForgedBase service.

You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, abuse, or interfere with ForgedBase except where allowed by law or explicitly permitted in writing.

You may not remove notices, bypass access controls, share private API keys or credentials, overload the service, scrape non-public interfaces, or use ForgedBase to manage infrastructure you are not authorized to operate.

ForgedBase and its software, design, workflows, documentation, branding, and service interfaces remain owned by ForgedBase or its licensors.

You retain ownership of your code, content, data, provider accounts, domains, repositories, databases, backups, and other customer materials subject to the rights needed for ForgedBase to operate the service.

ForgedBase may update, improve, repair, or change the application and its interfaces. Some changes may depend on provider APIs, browser support, package versions, operating systems, or third-party availability.

You are responsible for maintaining compatible provider accounts, repositories, credentials, DNS settings, application dependencies, and infrastructure resources.

ForgedBase connects to third-party services that you choose, such as infrastructure providers, source control providers, DNS providers, mail providers, storage providers, and payment processors.

Those services are governed by their own terms, security practices, availability, support, limits, and billing arrangements.

Your right to use ForgedBase may end if access is closed, suspended, unpaid, abusive, unauthorized, or otherwise no longer permitted under the applicable terms.

Before ending use of the service, export anything you need and confirm whether provider-side resources should be retained or deleted in the connected provider accounts.
